Uncalendered DMD Laminates are three-layer
insulation composites made from two outer layers of polyester fleece bonded to a
central PET film. The uncalendered surface enhances flexibility and varnish
absorption, making it ideal for slot insulation in motors and phase insulation in
transformers.
Engineered under our METATHERM brand, these laminates deliver a
reliable solution for Class F thermal applications, offering high
dielectric strength, mechanical durability, and smooth performance across electrical
machinery.
