METATHERM-S is Chirag Laminates' factory-impregnated Dacron-Mylar-Dacron (DMD) laminate. Each polyester-fleece face is pre-saturated with a heat-curable resin before bonding to the central polyester film, producing a dimensionally stable, non-porous laminate that eliminates shop-floor varnish dips, shortens winding cycles, and provides a smooth, lint-free surface for high-speed insertion
